1. Released in Canberra and Sydney (Australia) simultaneously on 15 November 1974. Other known release dates are London (March 1976) and the USA (21 February 1985).
2. Released on videocassette format by Edgecliff Films in association with McElroy & McElroy and T and M Films (n. yr.)
Location:
- Interior scenes were filmed at the Cinesound Studio, Bondi. Exterior shooting was undertaken at a variety of locations including Gulgong (NSW) and the Rippon Lea mansion in Melbourne.

Notes:
1. Produced for $320,000, Michael Thornhill secured a 50 percent investment from the Australian Film Development Corporation. Most of the remaining budget was financed by a Sydney property developer.
