  • First produced at Barons Court Theatre, London, England, 28 August 2001.

    Various seasons in London and tour to the 2003 Edinburgh Festival.

    Revived by Itchy Feet Theatre at the Riverside Studios, Hammersmith, London, England, 2 June 2005 in a season directed by Bill Buckhurst.

    Produced at The Venue, Leicester Square, London in an eight-week season beginning 27 July 2006.
