Richard Jinman and Julian Lee report on the news that fashion designer Georgio Armani is to be patron of the Sydney Theatre Company (STC) for a twelve month period. Armani's patronage will include a financial commitment and the possibility of 'dressing' one of the STC's productions. STC has also attracted a three-year sponsorship from car-manufacturer Audi.
