AbstractHistoryArchive Description
The emotional turmoil and humour of life in the missions of Western Australia has been broadly captured with this autobiographical journey of a member of the Stolen Generations. Vicenti recollects memories of forced removal, being placed into an institution for 'half-caste' children and the premature deaths of various family members including her own children and the conflicting consequences set upon some of her grandchildren.
