AbstractHistoryArchive Description
This story tells of a peaceful kingdom, the Island of Dipsquittie, which was 'accidentally' colonized by the English and is now on the brink of a civil war due to the stranger Samuel B. Gliblip, who incites the local townspeople into attacking the royal family. The text includes a plethora of weird and wonderful characters, flora and fauna as well as traditional songs, poems, and a glossary of words.
