AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'"Blood" tells the story of an imaginary theatre company as they prepare to pitch their new play "River of Life" to win the chance to open Perth's new Heath Ledger Theatre. This group of Perth's leading young theatre practioners struggle with their creative ideals and clash or egos as they develop a script that celebrates the potency of blood as a life saver, as a cause of war and a symbol of family. However the creative process is not their only obstacle... on the other side of the worls a new blood contagion is rapidly spreading.' Source: www.wayouththeatre.org.au/ (Sighted 21/01/2009).
