The work of both poets honestly maps the physical and emotional transitions of having a child. A new mother herself, composer Oonagh Sherrard was drawn to this poetry to write original music for the program. We'll hear commentary and readings from the poets recorded at their homes in Tasmania. The narrator is Oonagh Sherrard.
