'The Friends magazine is produced for members of the Friends of the National Museum of Australia. This award-winning publication partners the Museum in telling Australian stories.

Friends features commentary on museum issues, news of innovative research, exhibition reviews and details of new acquisitions.

Its subscribers, the Friends, are passionate about the Museum and are found across Australia and overseas. The magazine is also distributed to Australian members of parliament, cultural organisations, libraries and Australian diplomatic missions overseas.
