The late Brian Syron once said 'the only true aristocrats Australia has are the Aboriginal people'. The nation lost such a person with the passing of much-loved Wiradjuri elder Aunty Sylvia Scott on 11 February 2011 at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, New South Wales. She was 83.
