Author's note: This is a poem I have written for my dear friend Dave, a man with many stories to tell and a great spirit. Over the years, we often talked about publishing together, and I will be compiling some of his oral history in the near future. Dave collected friends wherever he went, and I though this would be the best way to let people know about his passing.
