'Fanshaw and Crudnut are naughty, childish and stupid slugs from outer space, and they’re on an intergalatic mission to boldly (apparently) go where no idiotic slug has ever been before.

'Fanshaw imagines that he is in charge. After all, he’s purple. But despite his higher aspirations, Fanshaw doesn’t actually have a clue about anything and he’s completely chicken as well. It hasn’t even occurred to Crudnut that anyone should be in charge. In fact, nothing much has ever occurred to Crudnut.'

In 1985, the cast and crew of the horror flick Hot Blooded learned first hand about being stalked by a masked killer. When the film's director was murdered, production stopped. Fourteen years later, a group of enthusiastic film students decide to finish the movie. Unaware that every attempt to complete the picture coincided with the murders of those involved, the students return to the original location in an isolated part of the country. After shooting commences on the eerie film location, the students start to disappear one by one.

2 3 form y separately published work icon The Games : Series II John Clarke , Ross Stevenson , ( dir. Bruce Permezel ) Australia : Beyond Productions ABC Television , 2000 Z793599 2000 series - publisher film/TV humour satire

A irreverent comedy drama series that takes the form of a pseudo-documentary series, The Games sees a film crew given carte blanche access to the fictional managing body of the Sydney Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (SOCOG). The cameras are therefore present at meetings, briefings, site inspections, and press conferences.

Season One is set early on in the lead up to the Sydney Olympics. The ABC then scheduled Season Two so that the thirteen episodes ran until the week before the opening of the Olympics on 15 September 2000. As outrageous as many of the storylines were, they were allegedly nothing compared to the real-life SOCOG.

As the Games draw closer, the Games team try to devise ways of supplementing their dwindling revenue.'
