BiographyHistory

Lucy Christopher was born in Wales. She undertook most of her education in Melbourne, Victoria, and completed her undergraduate degree at Melbourne University.

Christopher moved back to the United Kingdom as an adult and studied an MA in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University. Her debut novel Stolen (2009) was written as part of a PhD at Bath Spa University exploring 'the ways that Australian literature represents wild places, particularly in its writing for young adults.'
