AbstractHistoryArchive Description

This book investigates the concept of partnership from a range of perspectives in contributions from scholars and researchers from various disciplines including literature, linguistics, sociology, pedagogy and teacher training. Such different approaches contribute to forming a coherent, if multifaceted, whole, for promoting a culture of partnership entails an open and dynamic approach towards those events and systems of human relationship that characterise our contemporary societies. It means fostering processes of reflection and awareness towards present-day forms of social cohesion, the concept of a common good, modalities of cooperation, and the educational importance of shared and common values (publisher website).
