BiographyHistory

Cheryl Kickett belongs to the Wadjuk, Balladong, and Yued areas of the Noongar people. With a research background complemented by a number of accolades, Kickett-Tucker is passionate about Child Health.

Recording traditional stories taught to her during her childhood in the Waarda Series for Young Readers is another way for Kickett-Tucker to teach Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal children about Noongar culture and encourage literacy.
